Hermann Fuchs
About the artist
The Austrian photographer, Hermann Fuchs was born in 1955 in the Austrian province of Braunau am Inn. During his school years, he was interested in various types of art and began to take photographs, at that time still black and white pictures with a Canon F1 camera. He built his own laboratory and expanded photography to photographics. His landscapes and portraits, as well as surreal compositions received praise and recognition at improvised exhibitions. In 2005, Hermann Fuchs resumed his work in the field of photographic art, which he had already pursued in his younger years. Now he opens up the many new possibilities that digital photography now offers and develops his own methods for the digital pre-pocessing and processing of his pictures and images with Adobe Photoshop. He finds his own way. There are not yet any examples, and manual and technical instructions are not yet written. The image design of the photographic artist Hermann Fuchs is increasingly oriented towards the aesthetic commandments of painting. They are photographed and digitized paintings, they are unique and unmistakable: Modern masterpieces from Austria.
